DIRECTIONS
- Thoroughly clean and dry your chest area before use. Peel the pad off of the plastic backing slowly and press firmly onto the chest area.
- For best results, wear the pad for 2-12 consecutive hours. Use every day (or night) for up to 30 uses, varies per person.
- To clean the pad, rinse quickly with water as needed and air dry with the adhesive side up. Do not blot.
- Keep the plastic backing and stick the pad back on the backing after air drying.
- Do not use any other products under the pad.
